hello!
last week i renewed my broadband contract and received a new outdoor router + eero which is all set up and working perfectly with my old sim card.
along with the router i also received a new sim.
as this is an upgrade to an existing contract, should i still be using the old sim, or should i switch to the new one?

Hello.
As far as I know, a new SIM normally isn't provided when upgrading the Hub. I'd recommend contacting the support team to get them to double check that it was indeed processed as an upgrade, rather than a new line.
It's entirely possible that the agent processing the order simply requested the replacement SIM on the upgrade by accident, but it's best to double check.
