The 5G on my home router was fine until last week, since when it has been intermittent or non existent. It says they're working on the network on this area at the moment, but it would be nice to get some clarity on what this is and when it's likely to be finished as the connectivity has been really poor.

That's not so good. It's unclear if the issue you have experienced is still ongoing, but if it is, the Support Team should be able to share a bit more information in relation to when the problem might be resolved.
