My 5g outdoor hub seems to be having a recurrence of the issue from last week, my eero app won't load any devices and ive tested with dropbox.com which also won't load

I did the apn change last week but changed it back when it was fixed. The problem with changing the apn is that it causes issues with my work vpn. The community shouldn't have to find their own fixes three should be sorting issues like this straight away

I've done the apn change last week but that causes issues with my work vpn because of the cgnat on three.co.uk

Fix from eero, you need to change the APN on the modem to three.co.uk and test if working.

To do this as follows:

1.  in browser type 192.168.0.1
3. Open a web browser and enter the 5g hub (gateway) IP address from the previous command
4. Log in to the router's settings. The password is found on the device itself.
5. Navigate to the APN settings section.
6. Manually change the APN to three.co.uk and keep other settings as default.
7. Apply the changes. You may need to restart the router for the changes to take effect.

Have you tried setting the hub APN to three.co.uk as a workaround?
