5g router has been down all day

My 5g router is on and has been reset multiple times and still no internet. It says connected with no internet. 
called and they said they closed down all 3g towers however this router gets 4g (doesnt get 5g) 

it went back on for about 3h and now off again since 3pm. Has anyone had this issue and is aware of whats going on?

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your router connecting to the network. Have you entered your full postcode on our Network status checker to check for any possible issues? 

Are you able to get service on any other Three device? If not, could you possibly enter the SIM into another phone to test this?
