Ok so we have a three 5g hub in a barn workshop at the back of our house and has been working fine for over a year really good download speeds as we are close to a 5g mast. We decided to get one for the house also as the speeds are really good, new one has arrived and clicked the sim in but it just doesn’t connect to the network just has a solid red globe and a flashing blue signal bars light, I thought perhaps I didn’t put the SIM card in right on the new one so checked out old one popped the sim out just to check it’s the right way round which it was but now our original one has the same problem as the new one solid red globe light and a blue flashing signal light I’ve reset both of them many times and always get the same lights, been onto support but they just said do the things I’ve already done and have now 2 5g hubs with the same problem, I’ve taken the sims out to try in my phone and both work fine in a phone but will not work in the new hub or the old one now, currently
pulling my hair out support are useless and I’ve no idea what to do next apart from just leave them and hope they connect
