5g router not connecting to work VPN

I have an MC801 router, and have been using it with no problems for the last few years until this morning at 10am I was kicked off my work VPN.  I have not been able to connect to the VPN since then.  Normal web browsing is fine though.  If I hotspot off my mobile on O2, it works so I know it's not a problem with the laptop nor VPN itself.

I also have Sky Stream which is not connecting to the channels either.

I called Three Support who are looking in to this and it could take a week.  Has anyone else had the same problem today?

I had the same problem today.

If you go to the MC801A router settings, click on the centre ring headed "My Router" and then the "5g settings". Click on "APN" and click "manual", then click "add new" alongside profile. Call the profile name three.co.uk and the APN three.co.uk. Under "PDP type" choose "IPv4". Click "Save".

Worked for me today.

Simila problem here with PureVPN, I can connect to some of their servers, but others (including my dedicated IP server) is non-responsive and i can't even ping it or traceroute to it. Very frustrating.

It's definitely related to the APN, Three mobile broadband should use the 3internet APN. However as clevermedia suggested when I changed it to the mobile phone APN of three.co.uk I was able to connect and ping the providers VPN servers. I don't know what three have done to the 3internet APN but its broken it somehow.

I'm having the same issues connecting to any UK VPN servers using ProtonVPN. Also issues connecting to a lot of websites and apps. They all work and connect fine using a vpn server outside of the UK or on my phones 4G. No idea whats happening today.
