Broadband awful last two days

Anyone else having issues with home broadband in North London?

Been told it’s my local mast during busy times but never had it this bad. Can’t stream any television, cuts out after 10 minutes of play.

router and online coverage saying all good so no way to figure out why it’s happening.

considering cancelling and moving to another provider altogether.

Hello.

It doesn't look like anyone else on the community is having the issue, or perhaps they didn't see this particular post. That doesn't mean there isn't an issue affecting you, there could be some more local to you that's affecting a smaller number of users. If that's the case, there wouldn't be many people impacted.

When issues like that happen, it's best to notify the Home Broadband Team so that they can investigate the issue further, and check the location for possible signs of a problem. It could also be an issue with the hardware, and they can look into that too.

Pete.

Regular

This is worrying, I'm just in the process or considering taking out Threes Home Broadband and I keep seeing posts about people having speed and connection issues.

Should I be worried?

Is this a regular occurrence or a one off; how long have you been with Threes Home Broadband service?

It’s up to you, I guess all broadband providers are at risk of occasional outages. I’ve had two in two weeks, recent one lasted for four days so it wasn’t easy.

My issue with Three is the ease to get accurate information about the incidents as they are happening. They appear to show everything is fine and aren’t easy to communicate with via chat or phone.
