I have never came across a customer service as bad as this you cant get hold of any one unless you are trying to buy some thing if any thing happens after 8 pm you totally screwed and when you do they take you in circles i know another customer that has no broadband for 10 days and she has to wait until the 21st of September to possibly get a phone call from customer services it is not the router as it has been tested at another address if it cant be fixed can she be released from her contract
