I was conned into getting the ub thing, but it doesn't work along side my sky router, so i want to cancel, can't get through to anyone on phone, live chat keeps kicking me out, now they want to charge me HELP!

I'm sorry to hear this, I'm not sure what you mean by working along side a Sky router, as our Home Broadband would be independent of any fixed line service. If it's not suitable for your needs, we offer 30 days to return this type of service.
If this was supplied to you in a Three store, please return this in a Three store, or you can find all the options to call or chat over at our contact us page here.

Hi Jonathan, I have been trying to use Three chat to help me set it up & run along side my sky, but i can't get it to all work, I am not too IT savvy and when i go on chat, but the chat keeps saying no internet when i am connected then throws me out & I have to start again. So i have lsot patience with it now & feel it will be easier to remain on my sky broadband, which is a shame but i cannot get hold of anyone to speak to!

I'm sorry to hear that @F8. If you're having trouble connecting via chat, and don't have a Three phone to call us on 333, you can also call the Broadband team on 0333 338 1003
