Can't return the 5g Hub for 2 weeks now, as still not recive return bag from Three

Hello,

I have been waiting for 3 weeks now to get jiffy bag to return you 5G Hub device, i keep getting emails from Three that device hasnt been returned, last week i did talk with your collegue on Three line and he reasure me to made a claim of this issue and send jiffy bag and still didnt receive it. Its becoming really annoying as its been a month since i wanna send your device and cant.

At this point, I'm thinking to drop at Three store which i bought in August as really dont know how else to give it back. Can you please advice
