Citrix workspace - 5G Hub not connecting

My home 5G hub has no issues other than logging into works virtual desktop - Citrix workspace. I am able to log in on any other wifi connection or hotspot from my phone but not my home WiFi. It has previously worked fine but I’ve kept on getting an error message since Friday morning that says - client network socket disconnected before secure TLS connection was established.

im also getting the error message in the below image. The work IT department have tried everything, replacing laptop etc. no luck. Three haven’t been useful and have just said everything is fine their end. At my wits end and not sure what the solution is. Any help would be appreciated

Hey Emily,

Oh no, that's odd. Have you had any issues with accessing Citrix Desktop previously? 

I'd suggest changing the APN to manual 3-internet and IPv4 only. Let me know if this makes a difference and if not, I'll support further.
