Hi,
Bought 3 home broadband network this week. Will not connect to TV, connects to work laptop but cannot send emails or open teams. Can anyone help where to start with this? App says excellent connection but reality seems to be otherwise

It's disappointing to hear you're having issues with certain devices getting connected. Are there any devices that are currently connecting normally?
