Did not receive returning package

I will be leaving both Three and UK on 28/06/2025 and I have called to cancel my broadband one month earlier, they told me that I will get a returning package for the router, however I been calling Three for five times and chasing up for the returning package and today is 25/06/2025, I still did not get the returning package. What if I did not get the returning package on time.

Hi @Silin,

I'm sorry to hear this, it's a very limited amount of time left, and returns packs sent via Royal Mail can take up to 5 working days. Next time you're in touch I'd recommend to double check the team have your address and email up to date. If you have the means to print it, then you can request a DPD pick up label which may be a solution which allows this to be sorted out in the time you have remaining.

that looks like a very short notice of 3 days. if it was me, i would try the 3 shop. that might be worth if someone can help. there are some dpd scams also so be careful it is 3 contacting you. i tried a search and found this from a post.

 

All you can do really is start making complaints, search for 3 support. I would do it by the online complaints form, keep a screenshot of everything and if you do call keep a record of the time and who you spoke to.  You see a lot of people desperately trying to get returns labels/packaging on these forums, occasionally a mod will respond to try and help, but that seems to be a rare occurrence as well.
