Doorbell camera

Hi I've just been on to support via phone call im having trouble connecting my tapo d210 to my 5g broadband router whilst on the call they asked me to hotspot via mobile data this connected my doorbell camera within seconds I've been trying to connect this for the last month using my home broadband 

Surely there haves to be a quick fix

 

To be clear these are both on three network

I had a strange problem where 2 devices would not connect to the router. I eventually noticed that they could connect to the guest network (if enabled) so I used that.

This links onto some suggestions about changing your APN settings to IPv4 only. If this doesn't seem to help, or seems too technical, you can also ask the team to check out your APN settings on their side.
