I have used the eero app to setup my router successfully.
However, the app always said my internet is offline although I am 100% the network is online and working.
I go through some websites and saw that I should try logout and login again the app.
And, after I logout and trying to login again, the eero app always told me that my email or phone number is wrong. But, again I am 100% sure both of them are correct.
Any help?

Same problem here. I think the DNS change sounds like a solid solution but I can't do this due to no laptop etc... and as three and Eero advised resetting my Eero, I can't proceed to set up a new network because it says modem won't connect. It's driving me mad. 😂

I had same issues with the app since 9th October. It never connected even I was online. Advised to reset the 5G hub and the eero device I did and not cant set up a new network keep fails.
Called customer technical support… even eero… both says different things and just wait! I am paying for a service here and now no tv no tablet printer even poor service in the house!! Gutted!

Finally, I fixed it myself!!!!
It is again due to the DNS server issue after customer mentioned.
Now, the app shows me that internet is connected and I can update the firmware...
So, simply changed the APN from 3Internet to three.co.uk
And, then, everything works again!

We tried a few times but the app wouldn't let us to do any change. As it shows that router is off.

Connect to hub not the eero app https://192.168.0.1/#/mobilenet/netMpdn
Admin userid password is on hub label, or for this change you can use User id and password you set.
Select Mobile Network, Internet Connection and change APN to three.co.uk
If necessary connect computer

Don't try to logout.... I did that and when I try to login, it says my email and phone number are incorrect.....
