Eeros set up issue

So its all wired up correctly 

Ive got the app ive been through set up 10 times

And all it does is say 

Create wifi network(in red) 

We found a issue 

Check to see if you eero and modem are connected properly then try again 

Well they are !!!!

What do i do

Check the eeo log for any relevant error messages (activity page, clock icon at top right)

Try connecting a computer directly to external hub via an ethernet cable and check whether you have an internet connection and can the web and access the hub settings page.
