Hi everyone,
We’re aware some of our Home and Mobile Broadband customers are having trouble accessing internet services today, despite the connection showing as available.
We’re working to access and fix the issue as soon as possible and will post further updates here.

Following a thorough investigation, our technical teams have confirmed that this issue is now resolved.
If any Home or Mobile Broadband customer are still having issues accessing internet services, despite the connection showing as available, please reboot the router which should restore the connection.
