I swear to god I cant even play games, download games or do ANYTHING. I just want to enjoy games on my free time but this god awful service makes me want to jump off a cliff with no parachute. IS IT EVEN LEGAL TO BE SELLING SOMETHING THIS TRASH.

It's disappointing to see you're having issues. Based on your screenshot, it looks like things are running quite a bit slower than I'd expect. 

There could be an issue with the Hub/Device or it could be something on the network. You can try restarting your devices to see if that makes a difference. You can also check out the status of the local network to see what's going on locally that might be impacting you.
