Intermittent signal

My 5g mobile hub has been good since purchase, but since Friday 10th November 2023, the signal keeps dropping out every 3-4 minutes, and then restarts about 5 minutes later. I have reset the box many times removed the SIM card and put back in many times and it is getting frustrating now, 3 days of this happening. I have tried to get through on web chat but always busy. Please help

I'm sorry to hear that you've both been experiencing all this disruption to your connections recently. Are we showing that we're working on any issues in your areas on the Network Status Checker?

Do you use Three for your mobiles? If so are you having any similar issues with mobile data?

I have also been seeing similar problems, also since Friday 10th November 2023. Resetting the box doesn't seem to make any difference.
