Internet is barely connecting and when it does, the speed is non existent. It's so slow we can't even run a speed checker as the internet page won't load. This has been like this for a week or 2 now. When is something going to be done?

Hello there.
It doesn't sound like your connection is working as expected.
As Geluk mentioned, there's a coverage and Service Checker which might be able to provide some insight into the issues you're having. It's always worth performing a reset of the hub as well, just ensure everything is configured alright.
