Internet issues still not resolved

Ive had issues with me Internet for over a week. Three decided to offer help, so after a week I decide to go to local store. After getting nowhere, a tech friend suggested a replacement sim card. I Ordered a replacement simcard yesterday - arrived this morning. Install it, call to resgister it and wait. Was told it. could be activated anytime from 10 minutes to 6 hours (This was around noon)

2 hours and I decide to call to see hour long I will have to wait. I have stuff I need to do on laptop.

Was just told it will be activated 72 hours. From tomorrow.

What the hell am I paying for? I need to use laptop for stuff - and the only solution I got told was to use me phone as its on a different network.

It's now 4 hours later. Still waiting

I have tried tweeting customer service, nothing. I've again tried calling customer service, they confirmed me details and then hung up on me.

I'm seriously considering changing networks at this point - Three customer service is terrible and I'm not getting what I paid for.

Please, please, please, please sort

I have very same!

Sent me a ‘pre-activated’ SIM - when it arrived - would not work - told me to wait 72 hrs ! - I waited - and guess what….! Never did work…..

After hours of messing about - they are sending me another SIM ……

 Hopefully it will work - but am not holding by breath….

 ( meanwhile, contacted another mobile provider - received SIM & up and working in a day )

Nope!

very frustrating 

- NO SERVICE - 

they cannot activate my SIM or e-Sim ! ( worst of all told to wait 3 days for - so problem since 28th September & seems no hurry to help
