so broadband worked ok for a day and since then apparently working on masts (Saturday evening) and now internet utterly unusable.  Seems to be a continual problem.  Obviously will be switching provider asap but infuriating that a provider can claim to be able to provide a particular service and then fail to do so.  I should have read the multiple reviews before purchase of course as everyone appears to say it is terrible across the board.

Yeah have had the 'were working on the masts' message for a few weeks now..... B6 area....

Same issue in my area Fort william i just signed up for 5g home broadband and it is unusable and I've since found out the message the masts are being worked on has been like this for well over a year in this area through social media. I just wonder why they let people order internet or sims but don't tell them the signals rubbish.

Just bear in mind that you'll need an alternative ; you will find negative reviews of all providers if you search for them. 

Have you checked the coverage maps to see what alternatives might be available in your area ? 

Why not call customer services on 333 to discuss your problem ?
