Ivacy VPN

Hi,

I'm using 5g home broadband and have just purchased Ivacy VPN. Unfortunely, Three seems to be blocking access to it on my phone and  Nvidia shield. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue? 

I've used surfshark and Nord on the past abs never had an issue.

I've noticed a few discussions cropping up about issues using VPNs over Three Broadband connections recently. I'm sending everyone that has mentioned this so far a PM so that we can get you in touch with some colleagues that will verify your accounts, and gather more info to help us investigate.

If you're experiencing this issue but haven't posted yet, please add a reply so that I can get in touch, the more examples I can gather, the easier it should be for our support teams to pinpoint what's causing the issues.

Hello, I'm having this problem as well

I have a similar issue connecting to my works VPN since early May 2023.  I can connect to my work VPN but the upload speed is very low (e.g. 0.1Mbps).  It works fine if a use a different broadband service at a friends house.  I've been a customer since January 2022 without any issues.   I have the Huawei 5G CPE pro 2 router.

Hey @Dann2000,

I'm not aware of us specifically blocking any VPN providers, but I'll be happy to check if I can find out more. What error message(s) are you seeing?

I tried a vpn earlier today. I swore a lot and then cancelled it. I was trying to get the pig down but all it did was quarter the speeds and put the ping in the 100s.
