I gave the one-month cancellation notice on 19 November, and then requested a Jiffy bag on 2 December because the previous one never arrived. Then again, I waited for 7 working days but nothing showed up in my mail room, so I requested the second time on 12 December. The same thing happened again, so I checked with them on 15 December to confirm whether the Jiffy bag was ACTUALLY sent out, and they said yes via live chat. Now still nothing shows up in either my mailbox or mailroom. What am I supposed to expect now? Please help.
