Hi
I've been using 5g with Three for just over a year so I have about a year left on the contract.
I'm planning to move house soon. There's no 5g and 4g got about 1Mb/s outside on my phone so it's no use.
Can I cancel the contract without penalty?

It's a shame the new property doesn't have a great connection.
Cancelling the account isn't something that can be determined here, you would need to speak to the Support Team by calling or using Livechat in order to see what options are available to you.
