4G Mobile Hub

Wanted 5G Home Broadband on 3, where in DY5 area Mobile 5G is available yet Home Broadband 5G is not, also Three have also removed the 4G Hub from their site for my above are.  ME Confused, can I get either 'G' Home Broadband at DY5 *** or NOT?

Upgraded from 4g to 5g hub

I recently upgraded from 4g to 5g hub and ever since I plugged it in it has a red network light. Can anyone tell me what this means. Is it broken? As you can probably tell I'm not that tech savvy.
