So after 6 months of crap to no internet and spending 3 hours on the phone to customer support the other i finally have good internet back, but to do it i have to disable IPv6. This coupled with the ongoing MTU error for both Xbox and PS that i've read, its pretty clear to me that there is an issue with your network which you are either not aware of or are hiding from your customers.

if you are unaware then i suggest you take a deep dive look into your systems or double check any masts that have been upgraded or fixed. The issue for me started in the new year and before that i had ZERO complaints, then there was an issue with the mast near me which took 3 months to fix and at NO point was your website updated like it says it should (also look into this, as customers would rather know then have to keep phoning up to get an answer) so my only question is what happened in the new year? did you update something that has an error which you are unaware of?

please just look into this as a whole or are you just waiting till the merger with Vodafone is complete?

Bump because silence isn’t golden.

The issue is with your network, you don’t provide enough MTU for lots of games via Xlive and PSN to take seriously.

This needs bumping as their silence is far from golden. They have a problem and don’t want to deal with it.
