Hi, We have the three 5g broadband and has been working great up till now. We have Google speakers, cromecasts, heating, lighting etc connected to the WiFi. However in the last week, we can not connect any of the things to the WiFi, it just stopped. We have WiFi still and our phones will connect but not anything else. Any ideas please?

Hello, Jo.
That's not so great. I'm unsure what would cause a sudden change in the functionality of those devices. Most smart devices operate on 2.4Ghz bands, so it could be something to do with that? That said, I believe all of the Google Home and Chromecast devices can use 5Ghz.
If you install Network Analyser on your phone, you can use that to check if the 2.4Ghz band is still broadcasting as expected. If it isn't, it could be the cause. If that looks like it's working normally, you might want to try a factory reset of the hub to see if that makes any difference.
Pete.

I've read somewhere it only allows up to 64 devices connected...
odd you still have wifi on your phones but not in the other devices.
sorry for asking and no offense to anyone, have you tried the never too old poweroff, wait 1 min, power it on again?
