New Home Broadband NR5103E

New three home broadband running on NR5103E, not able to get any 5g signal while my poor pixel 6a has no issues

Looks like Three keep sending faulty routers.

  • RSRP-NSA    -150
  • RSRQ-NSA      48
  • SINR-NSA        40

Hours on the phone with customer service did not help, they are not willing to replace faulty unit, luckily I am on 1m contract so can cancel right away.

Hi @bluesql,

I'm really sorry to hear your new router hasn't been picking up 5G. In many cases it just needs to catch up on the initial firmware updates, but if this hasn't happened overnight or when rebooting the router, I've sent you a PM to get you in touch with some colleagues that can take a closer look.
