No connection over TV apps zte router

Customer service is shocking. No connection with Internet through streaming apps since my router restarted few days ago couple times. 

They refuse to get engineer to sort it blaming tv manufacturer instead. 

Lied to me there was no work on masts in the area and now I read that works are being done right now. 

Shocking!!!

Am having the same problem for three weeks now. My apple devices won’t connect. I can only use the mobile router when connected by usb to my Chromebook. 

the Wi-Fi signal has disappeared.

i am having same problem netflix errors out wont connect to there servers also can not connect my alexa either thought it was sim so ordered a replacement sim still the same only my first month contract

Hi @anita,

I've mentioned this on other replies to this thread, but it may be the issue described here: FYI : IPv6 Prevented VPN Connection 

If you set a manual APN profile for the 3internet APN, and set this to IPv4 only this may resolve the issue, or if you're having difficulty doing so, contact the Broadband team, and ask for the Tech team to set you to IPv4 only, this may solve the issue.

Received my ZTE router on the 15th of February and it does not work with my smart tv or sky box. I have a better connection using my hotspot on my Three phone! Considering sending it back. Tv and sky box connect to the router but both day there is no Internet. So frustrating.

Hi @MickIAnderson,

Sorry to hear that you've been running into these issues. Can you let me know which apps or devices you seem to be having trouble with?

There's a thread FYI : IPv6 Prevented VPN Connection that seems to have helped with a lot of issues like this. You'll see some users describe switching the APN for the router to three.co.uk and setting the APN to IPv4 only, one or both of these settings may help.

Exactly the same problem. My two Echo Dot's and Netflix (on LG television) stopped connecting. I changed the APN settings on the ZTE router admin page and got the devices to connect.

Three technical indicated a faulty sim and I await a replacement sim in the post!
