I have had a mobile broadband router at a holiday lodge near New Quay in West Wales since 2021. For the last 15+ months, broadband speed can drop at busy weekends to less than 0.75 Mb/sec. Three has told me that they have been working in the area since January 2023. Is there a solution imminent?

You need to call customer service on 333. I had the same problem with my mifi and found out the lack of bandwidth was due to the decommissioning of 3G in my area which is now sorted. This may or may not be relevant to you but customer service will be able to advise.
Call 333 and select option 4 then option 3 for tech support.

Sorry for the delay. Several other users in the same area are having the same issue. I was hoping to get some definitive answer from 3 regarding improvements to the service
