Thanks for the reply.
Apparently there was an issue they were working on.
No issues with the network today according to the checker. Speed is 90mbps along way off 700mbps

Thanks for taking a look at the network checker. If the work is showing as completed, do try restarting your device, and you should notice an improvement later on. If you don't let us know.

Tuesday
Speed is still at 70mbps.
Network status checker looks to be unreliable, one day Network is fine, next day it isn't. Next time it is ;(
Is there a number to ring please ?
Is this the official three forum ?
Thanks

I contacted three through chat to resolve this issue.
I got the usual script they have to go through (twice, after I lost connection). Went through all the turn this off and stand on one leg rigmarole.
Basically they said " tough, there isn't anything more they can do to help me..
Well thanks a lot three.

Hello.
It's entirely possible that more of the bandwidth in your area is being utilised now. While it is possible to get much faster speeds, the broadband is typically provided with an average estimate of around 150mbps I believe.
With speeds fluctuating above and below that at times, getting 80 or 90mbps sometimes isn't entirely unexpected.
Pete.

Hi.
I appreciate your reply.
I think I will look for another deal somewhere else. 700mbps down to 70mbps is a drastic loss of speed. Absolutely no way this is down to extra bandwidth been used in the area.
Thanks
