Im having serious trouble returning 5g Mobile Hub. Its then end of the contract, and I just want to return the Hub. I first went to the store who told me they couldn't do it.
Contacted Online Chat Customer services 3 times each time saying they would send me a giffy bag to return it. Not one has shown up.
Contacted customer services by phone 3 times, same thing no giffy bag.
Now threatening emails about charges for not returning it. Will be leaving it at the store because not getting anywhere. Have transcripts of all chats saying we wont get charged etc so if that happend offcom complaint will be going in.

It's disappointing to hear you have been having a problem getting this sorted. When was the last time you spoke to the team? Have you had any success since posting your message?
