Looking to work out how to receive SMS from my HBB router in order to activate Three+ as I currently cannot receive the OTP provided without accessing the SMS
Friday
I logged in to the router web config, but was unable to see anything that looked like SMS etc. I will dig out the old laptop and try again.
I had previously had a trawl through the Three 5G broadband app on my iPad and no luck there. I tried live chat with Three support and the person I chatted with had no idea where I might find SMS messages
yesterday
Hi @ChrisT,
Is this for the NR5103 router? If so there should be the following menus Network Setting > Broadband > Cellular SMS. This should take you to a screen where you can see an Inbox, Outbox, and the option to "Add New Message" if you need to send one.
If we're discussing a different device, please let me know the model, and I'll check if we have any equivalent walkthrough,
Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi It would depend on the router you are using. If you have the 5G Outdoor Hub I have written a Step-by-Step guide here
This is for the Greenpacket Y5-210MU hub.
Normally to access the routers/hubs admin menu you would type 192.168.0.1 (or whatever your hub/routers admin address is) by default most users have either admin or user as the username and then either a default password or one that it askes you to set. Three really need to make an easier way to access SMS on these routers. i've yet to find one.

You can view any OTP SMS either via the router web-config or the Three 5G Broadband app (if you have the Zyxel NR5103E router). The easiest way would be via the router web-configurator.

I have an NR5103E How might I do this?
Friday
Hello.
The details given above are pretty much what you'll need in order to access the router dashboard, on your hub, you might find that the address is slightly different though. You'll find the address on the bottom of your hub, starting with 192.168.
Pete.
