Renewed broadband contract got a 5g hub

I have had nothing but trouble with my hub. The Internet icon shows red which means router isn't connecting to the Internet. A 24month contract and I'm already dealing with rubbish service?? Every now and then I get someone who knows what they are doing. Wish I hadn't signed up again. I'm scared to send back hub have heard nightmare stories about 3 not noting receipt of a returned hub and blaming the customer. I just want to return everything and go to another provider. But I don't think it will be that simple. Don't sign up for anything over the phone or Internet go into the shop. They fob you off with the old version of everything via phone purchases

for over 2 weeks been having same issue in Northampton never had issue before but when try to get help get some Indian sounding person making excuse after excuse this is why I am leaving this terrible company
