Safety search locked on

My safety search is locked in place and blocked by my internet provider so I can’t turn it off. I have already got adult content allowed on my plan so I don’t understand why I can not remove this. When I try to add the filter back on to then turn it off again My3 isn’t working.

That's quite strange. It sounds like something has glitched. It might be worth trying to get access on My3 again but through the website to see if that helps. 

If that doesn't work, I'd recommend contacting the support team to request that they fix the filter, and they can take a look at the My3 issue as well while they are at it.
