Been with Three mobile and home broadband for over 3 years never had any issues, got over 400mbps easily but for the last week the speed has dropped to at most 13mbps. This on both mobile and home broadband so I know the issue is not on my end. I've done all the troubleshooting that customer service has asked and they have said that someone will be in touch after there so called investigation.
They have now said there is issue in my area which I know is a lie because I've gone 10 minutes down the road so my phone is connected to a different 5G mast and the speed there is perfect.
Three sort it out!!!!

Sorry to hear you've been experiencing these slow speeds at home this sounds like it's causing a lot of disruption for you. I'm not sure what you mean in terms of customer services are lying to you though, if the issue is happening at home on both your mobile and broadband, but not in a different location, then this would indicate an issue with your local mast in the area.
Have you been able to check the Network Status for your postcode? This should help confirm this is the case. Did the team let you know when they'd be back in touch?
