Speed suddenly dropped for some devices

I received my 5G Outdoor Hub yesterday and duly installed it. Download speeds 3-400MBs.

Today, Ookla speedtest shows less than 3MBs on my moto G30 phone, 60 on a moto G4 phone and 170 on a Samsung TAB S7 tablet, all to the same server - what is going on?

Does the problem persist if you reboot the Hub?  Where is hub mounted? Have you tried other locations?

Occasionaly the hub will connect to a "bad" IP address with terrible speed and latency issues,  rebooting the hub has always resolved the problem by connecting to a different IP address,   This has only occurred 2-3 times in the last four months.

Some other users are suffering from the hub dropping internet connection and not  automatically reconnecting but I have experienced this issue.
