I'm afraid we don't do part replacements. If it's the Broadband cable i.e Ethernet style cable I expect you should be able to source a replacement from a 3rd party retailer or website though. Customer services can arrange exchanges for faulty routers, but I doubt it's worth the delay and exchanging the entire package if it's definitely just the cable.
