Hi all
Wanted to ask here, as the live chat has been unhelpful.
I renewed my home broadband last week and got the latest hub to use, the Three 4G Hub MF286D.
I got a new sim with it, which I activated at the weekend (4 days ago at time of writing) but the hub is still showing a red light on the 3G / 4G logo and I still have no internet.
Any help or suggestions welcome.

Hi @karlc,
Sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with your new hub. I noticed you mentioned this was a renewal. Have you tried the old SIM in the new router, we wouldn't necessarily swap your line onto a new SIM when you upgrade, so it may be that the old SIM is still the active one for your account.
Also if you have a compatible phone or another router available it may be worth trying the new SIM there, that should hopefully help narrow down whether the SIM or the router seems to have an issue.
