Does the 5g router support 4g+ ?

Hi,I live of the border of a 5g area, I'd like to know if the 5g home broadband router also supports 4g+ in case I'm unable to get 5g.If not then maybe I'm better off ordering the 4g+ router instead. Anyone able to confirm one way or the other ?

ARLO Cameras disconnecting from 5G Home Hub

Anyone else using ARLO cameras? My ARLO hub keeps disconnecting from the 5G router, and reconnecting - this happens quite often, and the cameras show offline. ARLO have looked into the problem but not come up with anything.Thanks
