I have contacted the support several times about my broadband. All they have done is a remote reset   They have no engineers that can help me apparently

ihave found that the internet speeds on my 5G broadband, very patchy, even though a good 5G signal is  ( online status only shows 5G NOT internet) bring received. ( its just the internet there in that is poor)   N19 4RN

been getting low 4G speeds for the past few weeks, with very ocassionsl 100 MBs plus 

 

often switching to a vpn ( to bypass three servers ? ) helps, and often gives quicker connections, over the same midem feed.

recently streaming has been bad ( keeps buffering, on HD forget UHD) and impossile on skyQ until i changed my DNS settings to 1.1.1.1  ( again three server priblems ? what do three do to the internet feeds, that cause do many ofoblems ? )

No internet at all on a good 5G signal this morning. came good after i reset the hawei modem ( yet again)

No fit for purpose.
