I phoned in to cancel my home broadband (5G) contract in June, the contract is cancelled and Three is yet to send me return label / bag for return of their device. On top of that, today they sent me an email that they'd be charging me £105 as I failed to return the device.
What should I do?

Yeah, it sounds like MZone's right here, you would be best to speak to the Support Team on chat or by calling so that they can look into getting a bag sent out to you.
