Three wants to charge me £105 for BB router but didn't send return label/bag.

I phoned in to cancel my home broadband (5G) contract in June, the contract is cancelled and Three is yet to send me return label / bag for return of their device. On top of that, today they sent me an email that they'd be charging me £105 as I failed to return the device.

What should I do?
