My contract is due to end on 27th January 2024. I've not received the jiffy bag, or returns label & now have an email stating a £105 charge. Why can't three just provide an address id send back at my own cost if if made the process that quicker.

I received the jiffy bag, returned it immediately, got proof of delivery… and still got fined £105. Go figure…
