VPN not working

Hi all. 

I cannot get my VPN to work on the 3 broadband. Please can someone help me? It works when hotspotting so I know it has to be the broadband that is stopping the VPN from connecting.

Welcome to the Three Community. I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with your VPN. Depending on your VPN there may be a solution here: FYI : IPv6 Prevented VPN Connection 

Some Broadband customers have confirmed that their VPN works reliably if switching to a manual APN profile set up for IPv4 only as described in the thread I've linked.

If this doesn't seem to help, can you let me know a bit more about the issue, for example are you unable to connect whatsoever, or are you experiencing intermittent/random disconnections? Which VPN service are you using?
