Hello,
A couple weeks back I switched over from Sky to Three broadband. Although, in the main, the speeds I have been receiving have been far higher than before, and almost all my devices are working fine, I have been having issues everyday connecting to my work VPN. I am able to connect to the VPN initially, however, from this point onwards, it drops off and on every few minutes. This makes working from home extremely difficult, almost impossible at times. It's worth noting that I had 10 days worth of access to Sky broadband once I switched over, and if I would connect back to the Sky Wifi, I would have no issues with the VPN connection. Therefore, it is only an issue with the Three broadband.
I have spoken to Three on numerous occasions about this over the last week, both on the phone and via the webchat. Everyone has told me that there are no issues with Three customers being able to connect to VPN, so it won't be their issue, but one of my employers to fix. My employer is insisting that it is an issue with my internet provider.
I have seen numerous posts on this forum about similar issues others have faced with VPN's, and Jonathan B, the Community Moderator, acknowledging that Three do have issues wity VPN's, and other guidance and assistance.
Can someone please advise how I can get in direct contact with Jonathan please, as I am getting no assistance via the other channels.
For reference, I have tried many of the manual solutions others have posted on various threads, but none have managed to work.
