Y5-210MU Admin Password not working

Hi

I can login to Y5-210MU using the login details for the "user" account but I can't access the admin page using the login "admin" and password printed on Y5-210MU as it doesn't accept the password. Could some one help me how to access the "admin" page? I have tried doing a factory reset  and retired the "admin" login details but they didn't work

What do you mean by "retiring" the admin login details?

I would try the factory reset again, resetting the user password and trying the admin login again.

I have had occasions when the admin password has not been accepted for no good reason but accepted an hour later!

Sorry I meant retried.

Just did another factory reset and the password worked.
