eufy doorbell

does anyone know how to connect eufy battery video doorbell to three home broadband  it finds the network but wont connect try moving wifi box and route just not working together. everything eles works phones, ipad, xbox, pc, printer!!

Welcome to the Three Community.

That's an unusual issue. I haven't used these eufy products personally, have you checked with the manufacturer whether they support 4/5G broadband?

If possible, I'd also test to see if it can connect to any other WiFi network, if that's not available, perhaps by hotspotting to a phone? This might be a good indicator of if it's the router or the doorbell that has the issue.
