returning router

Have contacted  Three 4 times to return 4G router promised bag or label for return, but nothing received, This has been going on since 9th June. Anyone have any idea how to progress?

Thanks for reaching out, I've sent you a PM back just now. Thanks everyone that's been reporting issues with returning devices on the community. This helped us find and resolve a system issue that is the most likely cause for this.
